My customer got the reward text message from Square Loyalty program but she accidentally deleted it. Is there any way that we can resend her the same code?

Hey @Chrishawaii3619 - If your customer deleted the text message, you can always look up their rewards by pressing Redeem Rewards within your app and searching by their phone number to manually apply it.
