You will get one deposit for each day.  If you have multiple locations then you will get multiple deposits each day.  You can't change how it is deposited only what account, and your close of day time so you have your whole day in one deposit.  Note that on Monday you may have a couple deposits go in, one for Sunday and one for Saturday.
