Does the invoice fee apply to any invoice that is created, whether it is sent or not? Can a payment be accepted without invoicing? If not, is there a fee to first create the invoice PLUS the fee associated with a card payment? I realize there isn’t a fee for cash payments, but is there an invoice fee for these charges?
