need to add another CC option have a machine for backup instead of using other
i have a credit card machine which uses a phone line for backup when wifi is down. instead of using other for that form of payment how can I name it CC #2
currently there is not a way to add or rename items in the other payments menu.
you will not be able to use Square to process thru another device like the old credit card machines that plug into the phone. If you have a different credit card processor for that device you would be able to ring the customer up as usual and select other/other at payment time and then process it on the other machine and include the confirmation code in the note field of the "other " payment.
