I can't see my original SEO ?

Which is working well , reluctant to start afresh

Anything you've entered should still be there. Check in Settings > SEO for anything you entered for your site as a whole. If you added any for specific pages, go to the Pages tab and click on a page, then click on SEO Settings for that page.
