HELP!!!!

when using to mobile site some of my customer's products are not getting added to there cart to check out!!

Sorry to hear that, @ksolomon808. Do you know what mobile operating system and browser they are using? What site is this happening with?

I know it doesn't work with my iphoneX so safari. and it's www.allragehawaii.com

Looks like it is working okay on Android. Can you give us an example of a product that is not adding to the cart so we can test on iOS? Thanks!

All of my products are not working for iPhone user. but just some of them. It now works for my iPhone, but other people it won't add to cart.

This might be because you using forwarding with masking to have allragehawaii.com in the address bar instead of the actual site URL allragehawaii.shop. You should have your registrar set up a domain forward for allragehawaii.com to allragehawaii.shop instead. Or on the flip side you could publish your site with the .com instead and forward the .shop domain to the .com.
