Every single one of my new hires is reporting a problem when they fill out a new hire paper work. The iphone app crashes, the web page crashes even when they use different browsers. They follow the link from their email and it simply does not work. They have to reload the page, shut down the computer and use different browsers. One of my employees spent two hours troubleshooting this so he can get paid. 

This is unacceptable and there is no current solution.
