How long should it take for square to send an email to me to verify my debit card so I can use the instant cash option?

You should receive the email right away. You'll need to click the link to confirm the debit card within 24 hours. Since it has been a few days since you posted, you'll need to re-attempt linking a card.

I have send it couple of times. Never received email yet. All the info is correct

From Dashboard, Head to Account & Settings > Business > Transfers. Click Change/Add Debit Card on that page.
