New Customer Accounts with Square Appointments

How do i setup a staff to have authorised rep? I have added my staff under Authorised rep and also under employee list however she still cannot see the full dashboard etc

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

Adding someone as an Authorised Representative won't actually give them any POS app or dashboard permissions. The purpose of Authorised Reps is to allow someone to call our support hotline and chat about private account info on your behalf.

 

To give someone dashboard access, you'd need to assign them Dashboard permissions - read more about this here and let me know if you have any questions!
