trying to add a unit but it says i need to be online which I am

I tried to add a unit type but it tells me I need to retry when Im online. Everything is connected??? What am I missing

What device is this happening on? Are you using the Square Dashboard or the POS app?

This morning I need to ad OUNCE as a new unit. So, went to Dashboard, picked Items, picked UNITS, and I got this.

 

Oh no, something went wrong.

It looks like we are experiencing some problems on our end.

 

So...is this being addressed?

Thanks for posting. What device and browser are you using to try and make this change? Computer, tablet, or phone? Safari, Firefox, Chrome?
