Same. Looking to customize the text message that gets sent out after someone orders online from our food truck. Even if it's restricted to a specific number of characters, I think this would be a valuable option and we can't find where it can be changed.
There isn't currently a way to customize these notifications, @RNG, I agree it would be helpful. This isn't something that we're currently developing, but we'll update the Community if there is any change to the Online Pickup offering. Thanks again.
Customers should receive a text message informing them that their order is ready for pickup once the "Ready" button has been tapped on a prepared order.
