Very new to the square website, not finding it very user friendly. When someone purchases something from my item library, it could be a physical item, sponsorship, or a ticket to an event. How can I create a confirmation email specific to each one of these different type items? Currently, it looks as though I can only create one standard confirmation email for everything. I need to have different information in the confirmation email for each type of item.

Thanks,

LTHS Project Graduation 2023

Thank you for your reply @LTHSProjectGrad

At this time, Square Online offers one confirmation email for all types of orders.  I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request.

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).

I agree. This is something we're encountering too. We're a service oriented non-profit but have a wide arrangement of services, products, events, registrations, and also accept donations.

Would love to be able to send a different email confirmation to folks who are signing up for a service (with additional info etc) vs. folks who are making a one time donation (no follow up) vs. people who will attend an event (parking info etc).
