Customer Reward Stars showing up in Dashboard but not at POS.

We have begun to use the rewards program.  We have customers who when I look in the dashboard it shows they have five stars, but at the POS (we have multiple locations) it is not showing they have a reward.  For example, for one customer it shows 5 stars one the dashboard, but onyl 4 on the bottom of the receipt and at the POS.  Do you why this might be happening?

Hello. I'd be happy to provide some guidance here - it definitely sounds like something might be going on. 

 

Our rewards system is designed to sync across all business locations, so this should definitely be matching up. From my initial observation, this may be an issue that we need to report to our engineering folks.
