How to set quickbooks classes ?

I run two semi-separate organizations in quickbooks. I use the quickbooks online "classes" to separate them. However I only seem to be able classify Square transactions as "uncategorized", so they all show up in a third column rather than one of the first two. Is there a way to create the items so that a class code can be sent through to QBO?

Hi @Conf-treas — thanks for surfacing this. We aren't able to provide support on the QuickBooks side of things, however, if another seller has experience here — please feel free to chime in!

 

You can also get in touch with QuickBooks Online directly by calling 1-800-871-3334. They should be able to have a closer look at specifics and help sort things out.
