When I send an invoice to a customer... I have received feedback from customers that they have sent me a response through the invoice. I have not seen these messages. I also do not see an option on the dashboard for finding these messages.

If the person clicks reply in the email it will come back to you. if the customer copies the generic invoicing@messaging.squareup.com and pastes that in their email it will go to the bot that sends out the invoices.
