We're a small coffee shop. There is usually only one barista on at a time. We collect cash tips which they take at the end of their shift. Now we are collecting credit tips. What is the easiest way to distribute these? So far I am thinking to run a report when I run payroll to see the tip distribution for that period and add it to payroll by the employee. Does that make sense?
