How come our Gift Cards do not appear on our Personal Domain Name but does on our SquareUp.com?

Hello, we just recently emplemented our store here, we've been using another ecommerce site and decided to move our operations to one location versus using two. However, we are using our own domain name to l ink to our SquareUp.com store. Everything seams to work fine, except the use of our Gift Cards link. When we go to our link with SquareUp.com,

i.e.: https://squareup.com/store/_ourstore_

-- The link for the Gift Cards appears on the top. However when we use our own domain name the link to the Gift Cards doesn't show up on top of our store's page.

i.e.: http://store.ourdomain.com

Why is this?
How can I make it be seen?
We would rather use our domain name.
Thanks.

This is definitely an oversight.

I'm in the same boat.

On another thread, they addressed that this is not included functionality, and has been put in as a feature request. Hopefully it's resolved soon

Wow. It’s been 2 months since they became aware? I don’t really have a lot of faith it will happen. I’ve had other functionality issues and they just don’t seem to care. I was actually told buy a support person at Squareup that moving forward they really want you to turn to 3rd party services like bigcommerce etc. for your online store. That way all they really have to do is process your payments and not have to make online stores function.
