Ok, so a customer has paid their range bill, but when it went to the tip & signature page, my phone fell asleep & when in unlocked it again, thatnportion was gone. This was a business event for them but the o my way they can expense it is if they leave a tip. Anyway to modify their receipt to add it w/o having to cancel & redo it?
