Solved: How do you get a report of online sales tax collec...

I need to file my sales tax report and I can only find a report from my POS. I need online too. Why these are separate is beyond me, but I need help!! Anyone else encounter a similar problem? How can I simplify this? Go with a different platform? I am at the end of my patience with this!!

You can see all your taxes broken down on the web dashboard:

Reports -> Taxes

On this screen, click on the Filter By button and then Source.

There will be a box that appears just below the Date Picker that says All Sources. You can click on that and choose what source you want to see the report for (i.e. Square Online).

I did this also, but the amounts from my online sales are coming over as gross amounts, and not splitting out the taxes.

The sales tax is correctly being applied online to the sale, but when I look at the reporting, my online sales tax are not being broken out like the POS or invoices.

What am I doing wrong?

How do you get a report of online sales tax collected?
