So we are using 7 square terminals (ipads) at our retail coffee shop locatioins. However, at our wholesale location, our roastery, we create invoices through the dashboard on a laptop. We can not seem to figure out a way to create sales reports for these particular invoices. Is there something we are overlooking? Or can sales reports only be created from transactioins/invoices created through the Square App on devices such as the ipad?

Hey @ampulla, thanks for reaching out and welcome to the seller community!
Invoices that are created through the online Square Dashboard on a laptop will be included with your Sales Summary reports, though not until the customer pays the invoice or it is marked as paid by an employee.
Another seller brought up a similar question about assigning invoice payments to their employees. I'd suggest taking a look at their thread, How To Track Invoice-Generated Sales By Employee, and let us know if that helps.
If you're still unable to locate the invoices on your reports after having a look there, please feel free to reply here with the exact report name(s) you're needing. I'll be happy to have deeper look. 🙂
