I am trying to change the background color of my receipt from blue to plain white (i.e. no color) which is what I think will look best with our new logo. And re logo - it's too tall and narrow -- is there a way I can resize it on my receipt?   thnx.

I was having this problem too, as my logo is rectangle shape. I ended up opening a blank word document, and inserting a square shape with 2 x 2 in measurements into the document. I removed the fill, and made the border of the shape very thin. I then imported my logo into the document, and centered it within the square. Then I took a screen shot of described square, selecting only the border. It worked, hope this isn't confusing!

When I upload my logo for digital and printed receipts, only part of the logo shows up. Is there a way to edit this?

Hello, I'm trying to add a logo that should appear on the printed receipt. The following message appears when saving: Receipt image must be between 150x150 and (no max) x (no max)
i have adjusted the size in all directions but without success. can someone help me?
