Happy to assist you with getting this set up successfully.

  1. From your online Square Dashboard, visit Account & Settings

  2. Click Business > Pricing & Subscriptions.

  3. Under Subscription Pricing, click Add Payment Method.

  4. Submit payment card details.

If you have already followed these steps and what you are experiencing is account specific, the best way to rectify this would be through phone support.
