New Business Advice? I have lot of questions. Please, help!

Hi, everyone. We are starting a new business here and we would love and could really use some helpful tips and advice.

Hint: So to speak this is kind of our first business. We had this business up and running in the past, but had to close down, because we only had some of the proper documents to be a legit business. So this is round TWO for us. We just want to make sure we have all the proper forms, set ups and connections and have all our ducks in a row to keep this a running business. Our location community could really use this business especially now. We have not opened yet, but will be opening soon.

1. So we are a small candy, food and beverage shop/convenience/needs store. We are struggling with some things. How do we know how to set our hourly and salary pay rate for our employees before opening to make a profit?

2. When we set up payroll on Square here do they send W2's, 1099, and other forms to be given to our employees and ourselves to file for taxes or do we have to go a different route? If so a different route any ideas or connection you can share with us?

3.This is our first time with Square any personal experience helpful tips that could save us time, money and product maybe?

4.How do we set up Transactions so that we can make refunds, split-payment, multiple-payment styles like Google, Samsung, Apple Pay?

5. Any Advice on who or where to go to for Business Insurance?

6. Any tips; advice; efficiently legal cutting corners saving time and money; advertising tips; catching customers eye/attention tips; creative advice; legal advice/tips; Covid19 save money/hardship tips; FIRST TIME BUSINESS TIPS; general tips and advice; financial counting/booking tips/advice?

We are really trying to take the proper steps to make this a successful business and our community is really relying on us to get this up and running and staying running. This is something we all need here in our location.
