Notifications are mostly working well, but twice now, I have received Appointment notifications that should have gone to my clients. I have double-checked that I did not erroneously enter my own contact info for that client. What gives?

Hi @KristyLin
You should only receive notification email updates from appointments when your customer books, reschedules, or cancels their appointment.
