Signing in to Register on my phone

I can log into my dashboard on the computer, but cannot log into the Register app on my Android Note 2 phone using the same credentials.

@rickharris3 - Sorry to hear about the trouble, this definitely sounds peculiar. 🤔  Have you already tried deleting the Square Register app, and then reinstalling it? It could just be a glitch with the app.
