I received an email from square saying my 1099-k was ready to download. I went to retrieve it and it says none on file. I’ve been with square for nearly 7 years and never had an issue.

Hi @Flyingcat
That sounds a bit strange. Is there any chance that you hvae multiple accounts? Did you make sure you're signed into the same account that the email was sent to?
If you've received that email, you should be able to view the 1099-K form in your Square Dashboard, as you'll only receive that email if you've met the criteria to receive a 1099.
I've had a few sellers sign into the wrong account on accident and run into this same problem.
If you're sure you're signed into the right account and you still don't see your tax forms, give us a call directly and we'll figure out what's happening.
