when I refunded items they still showed as gross sale at the end of the day
I use my categories to track consignor sales and when I refunded one of their items it still shows up as a sale for them? How do I delete this as a sale for them?
You can’t but when looking at the category report. Click on the + icon to the right to add data columns. Select refunds, discounts, net sales. This will then give you the true picture of what you sold for the category.
