Customers not completing on line orders

Something changed with on line ordering. We have at least ten customers a day thinking they have completed their order. We have to tell them to press "Next" twice. Probably happening mainly to regular customers but it has become very annoying as they have to reorder while waiting at the curbside. Is there any way of changing the check out process to avoid this?

Yikes, that doesn't seem like a great order experience for your customers. Hopefully we can eliminate some steps in the checkout flow to make less confusing and faster.
