Deeper dive into customer behaviour

Square has done a great job with Customer Insights which gave us some good insights on how our business doing with customer retention. I don't think we can go any deeper with what is currently available in Square, but could anybody recommend data analysis tools which could pool data from Square and help with answering questions below:
○ Those who came and never returned what they bought?
○ Those who came and retuned what they bought?
○ Those who become regulars what they buy more often?
○ What time of day regulars come more often?
○ Who pay more tips regulars or new comers?

These are some great suggestions here. I surfaced your ideas to our Customer Directory Team who informed me they're creating new filters in 2020, but haven't agreed on which ones yet. Your post came at a great time as they'll be adding them for consideration. 

 

We'll keep you looped in, be sure to keep eyeing this thread for an update!
