A friend is thinking of joining Square for their business. Their business involves broken down deliveries with a final invoice at the end. Everything they do is on paper, so there is a signed receipt (without a payment) that confirms the items in the delivery. When all components are delivered, they send an invoice over that is then paid.

The question is: is there a way to generate a delivery receipt that is signed, collected under one customer, and then have the invoice sent and paid at the end? They don't want to change their system unless there's another one that offers the primary need of "sign for delivery"
