Google Analytics and Weebly Metrics don't seem to jive

I just started using Google Analytics. I've been tracking it for a few days. The number of users on Google is a lot lower than the number on Weebly Dashboard. Did I do something wrong? I placed the Google Analytics in the site's footer. I did not do it for every page, because I thought the footer would take care of that.
