time card set up

Hello! How do I set up a permission that only lets the team member,  (dishwasher) to access the time clock? I'm not understanding these permission sets at all. We have SfR Plus. Thanks!

I think I figured it out...maybe. I get to the end and it's requiring an email. How do I bypass this?  Thanks!

Time tracking is an all or nothing setting enabled in app. There aren't any additional settings in Dashboard. 

 

At what point are you required to enter an email?
