Stock shows "sold out" when it isn't--Brick & mortar, not online

Why is my stock count showing the red highlight bubble even though there's clearly inventory in stock? This just started yesterday as I input new merch. It shows the right quantity but in the Item List it's highlighted in red as if "sold out." I go through the motions and do an "inventory recount" and reiterate the correct quantity and "save" and for a while, the red bubble will be gone, but then it defaults to it again. I don't think I'm doing anything any differently than I usually do when I add new merch. Thanks.

Like this?? Cause it's doing it to me today and i'm irking me. 
I don't have low inventory alerts on either. How do I contact someone about this???

It started that with me too yesterday and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it

Mine ended up fixing itself. Not sure what was going on.

When this happens, you can usually log out and log back into your dashboard and it will fix.

I know if you have 2 differnt locations and it is low on one location then it will do that no matter how many the other location has.
