Hmm that sounds frustrating @PhantomEdge. Have you tried any of these browser troubleshooting steps? If you have and you're still experiencing this issue please contact Wix Support. Wix manages all of the API functions for the integration with Square so they'll be able to help identify the root cause of this error and help you to link Square to Wix.
