2nd Receipt not printing

I print receipt copies for my book keeper. For some transactions, when I got to the transaction menu to print a second receipt, the "print receipt" button does not trigger a print request. A kludge work around is to go into settings and then go back to the transaction and then the receipt will print. I'm happy to provide additional diagnostics if that would help fix the issue.

 

My setup:

  • Star MicronicsTSP143IIU
  • Ipad Air
  • Square Stand
  • Chip reader

@cctoby That sounds very strange and not how things should be behaving for you. 

 

How often does this occur? If this is happening regularly we might need you to reach out to our CS Team directly so we can walk through this with you. They'll be able to escalate this to our Engineering team from there.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't been able to replicate the issue after about a dozen tries with manual reprints of various receipts. If it comes up again, I'll respond here and take an iPhone video too.
