I'd like to add a description in Square to many of my past sales describing what was sold. All my sales have always been for custom ammounts. Is is possible to go back in and add details?

You cannot edit past transactions. You can add items with zero prices. This will allow you to track the type of custom sale and still add a custom amount. You can also add notes to the item during the sale.

For Past sales the only thing you can do now is to add them to the customer notes.
