Customer disputes charge time after time and said she paid cash on two seperate occasions

I have lost two seperate charges by the same customer for over 1100 dollars,even though I had her signature on both charges,invoices signed by the customer and documented the transactions I was still charged back.The customers bank refused to pay these charges.It was Chase Paymentech,anybody else have a similar problem?? Help!!!!
