Employee are unable to use prepay for appointments

Hello Team,

 

We have been having trouble getting the employees access to the prepayment feature in the appointments. The customer who have cards on file would like them to charge for services but it only give me(owners) the option regardless of their roles granted. Would you be so kind to address this bug?

Thanks for flagging this, @ShawnBankston.
 

I went to check on this and your employees should be able to complete a Card on File payment from the app. If you head over to your EmployeePermissions tab, select the proper role, is "Store and Charge Card on File" saved? If not, try selecting that option > Save, and let us know if that helps get everyone where they need to be. 🙂
