Employees can log in but then can't open up and start a transaction, issue just started today
Employees can log in but then can't open up and start a transaction, issue just started today. My employee clocks in but in order to open screen to start a transaction it denys her when she puts in her code. This just started this morning, Has never happened 2 1/2 years. Any ideas?

@Dta I know I'm a little late, but I'm happy to help out. Have you double checked to make sure your employee is entering the right PIN? Also is it only effecting one employee?
If you haven't already I recommend deleting the app and reinstalling it. I'll keep an eye out for your reply!
