I have an occassional problem with a time error on my iPhone, asking me to go to "Settings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically > on". This has always been set to automatic, and is correct. If I flick the app off and on a few times, and push the button on the bottom of the reader, the error will eventually go away and I can charge as normal.
Reader is contactless / chip.

Hi @airKevin - Sorry you're having trouble!
Just to be clear - are you having trouble charging your contactless reader or is there another problem?
We've had some people encounter trouble with this date/time error if operating with the POS app in offline mode so just wanted to double check!

What version iPhone do you have and is it up to date? We've seen some device errors on older iPhones or ones that are not running the latest iOS.
If you're running the latest iOS on a pretty recent iPhone version, I suggest you give our Support Team a call. They'll be able to tailor troubleshooting for you in live time.
