Exchanges from Website Purchase

I have recently upgraded to Square for Retail (paid version).  One feature I love is that I now can process exchanges where before I could only do returns.  My issue is this.  Last week I published my website through GoDaddy.  They link together great, and I thought everything was working perfect.  However, a customer needed to return one of the 3 items she bought from the website.  Under transactions (in my square register), it was only showing a "custom amount" with her grand total instead of it being itemized so I could choose the one item to return.  I have contacted both Square and GoDaddy and I have not gotten an answer on how to fix this.  Can anyone help??
