Facebook Link for Marketing

I'm having trouble linking my facebook page to the marketing area. I've followed the example exactly, but it still says it's not linked. Twitter, Instagram and my website work perfectly. Confused?

Hello @grammieb1960, I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused!

It sounds like you're updating the link at the bottom of a marketing campaign, correct? What's the exact error message when you try to link your Facebook profile? I just tested it and I was able to link my Facebook profile using the URL for my Facebook profile. To do this, sign in to Facebook > Click on the Profile icon > copy the URL from the browser bar.

If you're still seeing an error please let me know and I'll escalatel this to our CS team to investigate further!
