For the last week, the 5 iPad minis are displaying an error message when using the Square app

Our five iPad minis display an error message when we use the square app.

 

”Something went wrong”

”Can not preform the operation”

 

It pops this message up every time we try to use the app but it goes away and lets us process the payment.

This happens every time we go to process a payment on all five of our iPad minis.

 

I have updated the iPad minis and deleted the square app and reinstalled it but everyone of them continue to give us this error message.

We have used the Square app to process payments for our business for 5 years and have never had this happen before.

Hello @KonaAmy, that sounds really weird. 

 

What generation of iPad mini are you using? Also did you recently update the iOS or app version?

 

This is interesting if it's effecting a specific generation of iPad mini. I'll keep an eye out for your response!
