All my transactions and reports for 2017 disappeared. I can't view anything from 2017. I updated the software a few days ago. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has helped. The reports were there before the update.
Try looking on your online Dashboard and see what you have there. Nothing should ever disappear.
