Hi Folks!

I have been using virtual terminal and when I go to redeem a gift card it no longer proceeds to a second screen to charge remaining balances. For example, today's transaction was 58.42 and the gift card presented was $50. When previously charging the gift card you could press a tab to "charge remaining balance," but now when I do this it proceeds to a blank screen or error. It also zeroes out the balance.

Does anyone have any insight into this issue?
