I am setting up my shopping system with different system than the Square API, I'm using the NetIDnow system which allows the use of Square transaction systems. I'm told I need the Application ID and the Personal Access Token. How do I find them.

Hi @Johnentrekin! Thanks for your patience while I escalated your question to our API Specialists.

If you haven't already, you'll need to create an application. To do this:

Go to https://squareup.com/developers
Click Go To Developer Portal at the bottom of the page.
Click + New Application.
Name the application and click Create Application.

You should then be on the Credentials tab your Developer Portal. On this page you'll see both Application ID and Personal Access Token that you can copy.

Note: If you have multiple locations, you may be asked for a location ID as well. This can be found in the same page, just switch to the Locations tab.
