Hi Square. Im new to Square and have started a new salon business. Some of my employees already have Square accounts and im simply curious if we can share each others schedules and add them to my business. Please let me know what if any routes I can take to fix this problem.

Square accounts don't link or communicate with each other. You would have to add them in as an employee. If you allow them access to create and manage their own schedule they will have to register an email address that is different from the one they use for there square account.
