One part I clicked on said no transactions, then in another area it shows I swiped the cards, when I checked the cards they still have money on them
Gift cards you from Square or even Gift Cards from Visa/MasterCard/American Express are rung up just like you would a credit card.
It doesn't sound like you actually charged them so I'm not sure how you completed a transaction.
