When I enter the item, I save, then scroll down to manage the inventory. However, when I try to check any of the boxes it will not check off - stays blank.
It sounds like this might be a web browser issue. I recommend switching to Google Chrome if you haven't already. Also clearing your cache on the browser and restarting the program usually does the trick! 😀
Thanks Chad! Support did get back to me, however, the problem cleared itself overnight. (I already use Chrome, and did check the issue on several machines, same problem).
