We have seen items on a ticket getting duplicated when merged into another ticket. Usually this involves items that have been split off another ticket and then merged into another ticket. It doesn't happen all the time. Wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

Thanks for your post @danangrest, I haven't seen other reports of this issue here in the Community. This certainly shouldn't be happening.
These Point of Sale app troubleshooting steps usually resolve any small gltiches, but if it continues please make a note of the the time, date, and name of a merged ticket that has duplicated items. (If you can take a photo that would be great too.) Then, call our Customer Success team and they can escalate this to our Engineering team.
